COACH AMBER
Amber Overton is a Nebraska native who has called Little Rock home for 8 years. She has been in the fitness industry for 10 years now and has loved every moment! Amber’s classes are encouraging & fun- she is inspired by REPS’ ability to push clients out of their comfort zone.
Amber teaches REPS STRENGTH, REPS HIIT, and REPS Field Day.
COACH LEYTON
Leyton Oppel has been in the fitness industry since 2020 and has called REPS home since then! She loves her active and healthy lifestyle, which helps her keep up with her active son & banking career. Leyton’s classes are hype and fast-paced.
Leyton teaches REPS STRENGTH and REPS HIIT.
COACH DMO
Daneisha Modica is our in-house yogi! DMO leads our STRETCH format, which is a yoga-based flow. It is our FLEX format which means you can stay for as little or as long as you’d like.
