REPS is a one-of-a-kind group fitness workout that is THE most effective 25-minute workout in Central Arkansas. We are known for our practices in Resistance, Endurance, Plyometrics, and Speed.

With our 5 different formats, we are sure to be a gym for you. We offer formats based in cardio, strength, kickboxing, and yoga.

COACH AMBER

Amber Overton is a Nebraska native that has called Little Rock home for 8 years. She has been in the fitness industry for 10 years now and has loved every moment! Amber’s classes are encouraging & fun- she is inspired by REPS’ ability to push clients out of their comfort zone.

COACH QUEN

Creator of all things REPS FIT NATION! Quen Spencer has been a titan in the fitness industry for over 10 years. With countless awards & accolades, he has curated the most efficient and effective workout through REPS. Each workout is hand designed by Quen!

COACH KRISTA

Krista Carlisle: Accountant by day, coach by night.

Krista is all about balance- she loves her active and healthy lifestyle but she also LOVES indulging in good cuisines. Krista loves lifting heavy & getting a good sweat with our STRENGTH format!

COACH PJ

PJ Bonner is our all things KICKBOXING coach! With decades of experience in kickboxing, PJ brings a fun, calorie burning workout to REPS. Not only are you getting a new form of cardio in, you’re also learning effective defensive principles!

COACH LEYTON

Leyton Oppel has been in the fitness industry since 2020 and has called REPS home since then! She loves her active and healthy lifestyle which helps her keep up with her active son & banking career. Leyton’s classes are hype and fast paced.

COACH DMO

Daneisha Modica is our in house yogi! DMO leads our STRETCH format, which is a yoga based flow. It is our FLEX format which means you can stay for as little or as long as you’d like.
